We have more than 15 years of experience, in PCB design, using FR-4 materials, flex or solid circuits and mixed technology.We make special projects, according to your specific needs and requirements.
While designing, we take in consideration cost, size and assembly. Also, the lane distance is considered: too close and they can short circuit between them, too far and the PCB size will be to big.If size is the main point, then we can make a multilayer PCB: that is a PCB with more than two layers, one above the other, this will reduce size, and make the work of more than one PCB. An extra shielding can be added on the external sides.Components can be added on the inside layers, and only let the external connections on the outside, this requires extra shielding on the inside.
While designing, we reduce the size of the PCB while using technolgies such as FPGA, CLPD, PLD, or even in a microprocessor.
Using the latest in technology for shematic design and CAD software we can modify, or even redesign an existing PCB in order to make it smaller, or make a better distribution of it's components, resulting in better performance and quality .
